Vexercise 4 Check In

Hello everyone!! How is your vidding going? I have to admit that I've spent the week searching for the right song :) Just today I finally downloaded it and am actually starting to think about editing.

I confess I'm a bit curious about one thing: In contrast to the previous exercises, this one has much less rules and restrictions than the others. For those of you who have already taken a stab at it, or even if you're just contemplating doing so, do you find the increased freedom a relief? Or would a few more restrictions help you to dive in more easily? Is the focus on a side character enough of a limit?

I'm sort of viewing the lack of constraints as an opportunity to sort of retrench and try to apply some of the techniques practiced in previous exercises. I am editing together different pieces of a song, and doing some stuff with motion matching...
