VfXercise 2 drops

Hi all! For those of you who want to try your had at learning special effects/vfx, you can join in with the VfXercises (in addition to or in place of the regular vexercises, whatever you want!)

We're on to VfXercise 2: 

20-30 second edit, with transitions between shots (bonus if you use 3D transitions). You could put transitions between all of the shots, or just some of them.

Transitions are huge on tiktok and instagram edits, and there are a million tutorials for AE transitions (or video star); I played around with them, but also wanted to tone them down a bit for a more vidding-like aesthetic

I made two videos as examples/learning the ropes myself!

I used this tutorial for the glitch transition video - he goes super fast but I paused a lot :D 

And I used this tutorial (though just the radial wipe) for the stage mix

Right in at the last minute with mine All Yi Bang-won Does Is Win

I am just learning Da Vinci so not very exciting but I did chuck a few transitions in there (mostly zooms)

First of all, this song choice for Bang-won? *chef's kiss*
And I love what you did with the transitions here! It makes me think of the potential of transitions as part of the rhythmic visual work of a vid, if that makes sense...
I haven't tried yet to mess around with transitions in DVR (or if I did back in the past, I've forgotten it all LOL). What transitions did you use here?

So I used a bunch of different Zooms (zoom in and zoom in/out) and a couple of dissolves - the zooms I kind of messed around with a little to make one of them quite a dramatic zoom but it was really simple and I didn't actually play around in fusion but I will for the next one!
