And we are in the the advanced round // genre mashing/AU vexercise!

Produce a 1 minute video edit that combines your selected source with another source from a different genre (i.e. fantasy, western, sitcom, film noir), and/or use editing to transform the genre of your source text. Audio can be of your choosing.

This vexercise is inspired by the many amazing genre shifting AU vids coming out of Chinese vidding these days, but there are many histories to these types of genre mash ups. Share your favorites in the comments!

(and no i did not only do this cause i'm mad we wont get a second season when there was so much potential to make it exactly just this - lwj and wwx travelling, practicing cultivation, solving crime, and having little adventures :/)

ooh i'm excited to watch this!! (and I would so be on board for that second season, or hell, even a sequel to the novel. Ah well, that is what fan fiction is for I suppose!)

I turned it into a teen drama for mine :) I want to experience The Untamed in all its potential manifestations! <3
