Specs and cost. My working desktop computer still runs Windows 7. I have a more recent laptop that runs Windows 10, but it needs to be repaired. As for software, I have MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2016 right now (I had Adobe Premiere for a year, but couldn't afford to keep subscribing).
