I think they mostly could? The animated text function is possible on Premiere but not quite as powerful, and the 3D transitions and such & preset edit layouts are things more specific to AE, but you could probably find ways to do variants of them on Premiere?

I think it would be great for folks to play along who want to push more at Premiere's possibilities, as well as those who want to find their way around After Effects or another program for fx...
